All cancellations must be requested in writing on or before Friday, April 10, 2026, to receive a refund less 15% service charge. No refunds will be granted after Friday, April 10, 2026. If you do not cancel by the registration deadline, you will still be responsible for payment—even if you do not attend. This applies to all payment methods, including those who selected the 'check' payment option. All requests for refunds should state the registrant’s name, employment information, and the amount of payment. Substitutes are welcome at any time.
