Registrations made on or before Feb. 28 qualify for our early bird discount.

Registration deadline is Wednesday, April 9, at 5 p.m. CT.

Cancellations and substitution policy statement/acknowledgement

All cancellations must be requested in writing on or before Wednesday, April 9, 2025, to receive a refund less 15% service charge. No refunds will be granted after Wednesday, April 9, 2025. All requests for refunds should state the registrant’s name, employment information, and the amount of payment. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for “no shows” at the conference. Substitutes are welcome at any time.

By registering for the ICTW Symposium, I/we consent to the Illinois Center for Transition and Work (ICTW) and the University of Illinois to use my likeness for marketing and publicity purposes. This includes my/our name, photograph, video and voice in all forms and media in all manners for non-profit, public purposes. I/we give permission to the ICTW and the University of Illinois to take photographs and videos of me/us during the course of the program activities and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished products.
