Registration Cost and Deadlines

• Early Bird Registration: $70 (January 15 - February 27, 2026)
• General Registration: $80 (February 28 - April 8, 2026)

Cancellation and Substitution Policy Acknowledgement

All cancellations must be requested in writing on or before Wednesday, April 8, 2026, to receive a refund less 15% service charge. No refunds will be granted after Wednesday, April 8, 2026. If you do not cancel by the registration deadline, you will still be responsible for payment—even if you do not attend. This applies to all payment methods, including those who selected the 'check' payment option. All requests for refunds should state the registrant’s name, employment information, and the amount of payment. Substitutes are welcome at any time.

University of Illinois Media Statement Acknowledgment

By registering for the ICTW Symposium, I/we consent to the Illinois Center for Transition and Work (ICTW) and the University of Illinois to use my likeness for marketing and publicity purposes. This includes my/our name, photograph, video and voice in all forms and media in all manners for non-profit, public purposes. I/we give permission to the ICTW and the University of Illinois to take photographs and videos of me/us during the course of the program activities and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished products. I/We understand that this consent is perpetual and may not be revoked. Please refer to the University Media Statement
