Cancellations and substitution policy statement/acknowledgement

All cancellations must be requested in writing on or before the event registration deadline to receive a refund less a $50 service charge. No refunds will be granted after the event's registration deadline date. All requests for refunds should state the registrant’s name, employment information, and the amount of payment. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for “no shows” at the symposium. Substitutes are welcome at any time.

I give permission to the IIRER and the University of Illinois to take photographs and videos of me during the course of the program activities and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished products.
