AI in Public Health 101

This lecture offers the most current information on Artificial Intelligence applications in Public Health and its role in protecting population health and well-being. Participants can expect to learn what an AI system is, how it can be designed, and how it can be used to address public health problems. No prior knowledge of AI or coding experience required.

2) Describe AI applications in Public Health – benefits, challenges and opportunities.
3) Define how AI/Public Health projects are completed a. Apply tools to make decisions about when to use AI to solve public health problems. b. Recognize their roles in AI/Public Health projects.
