We will diagnose, design and inspire your team to forge ahead and achieve results. Participants will have the opportunity to take a free Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment, learn about motivational drives, and how to design a strategy that fits your team’s strengths and pushes them to perform.
The presentation will be facilitated by Kelly Gust, Founder of HR Full Circle LLC, a talent optimization consulting firm. Through HR Full Circle, Kelly helps organizations align their business strategy to their people strategy through planning, hiring, coaching and leadership development. She holds a master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology and is certified in Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Optimization, DISC, and Hogan Assessments. HR Full Circle LLC is a certified partner of the Predictive Index.
