UIC Symphonic Band Camp/Theatre Camp Registration

Please submit the following form to register for the UIC Summer Theatre and/or Symphonic Band Camp. If you are signing up more than one student for this camp, please complete one form for each student.

UIC Theatre Camp takes place from July 10 - 21, 2017 and is for High School aged students (those who will begin their freshman year in the fall of 2017 through those who graduate high school in the spring of 2017)

UIC Theatre Camp Fee - $475

UIC Symphonic Band Camp takes place from July 16 - 22, 2017 and is for High School aged students (those who will begin their freshman year in the fall of 2017 through those who graduate high school in the spring of 2017)
