Study Away Program Fees / New Form

A $100 deposit is required by March 13th. The deposit is non-refundable should you decide to drop from the program. The deposit will be added to the total amount due and is not a separate fee.

Final payment of all program fees is due ASAP By Wednesday, May 1. All program fees must be paid in advance in order to participate on the program.

Once the airline tickets are purchased, they become your property. The tickets will be non-refundable. You may want to take out travel insurance that would cover the cost of the tickets should you have to cancel for any reason.

This form is for students, staff, faculty, and community members who have applied for a UIS study away program and want to make their payment with a credit card.
